St. John the Divine at a glance......
	Supervised Nursery for infants and toddlers at the 10 a.m. Sunday worship. Sunday Club for children ages 3, 4, 5 years, junior and senior kindergarten and grades 1 - 5 meets every Sunday at 10 a.m. with special emphasis on God's word, music, creativity and prayer.
	Junior Youth for grades 6, 7 and 8 meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. for study, seasonal church activities and fellowship. Contact Jerusha Lewis.
	Senior Youth ages 13 and up meet every Sunday at 10 a.m. Contact Janet Connor.
	Music Team practices Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. Contact Maureen Anderson to join the team.
	Anointing Ministry every Sunday in the midst of celebrating God's presence with us in the Eucharist, we also offer the opportunity for individuals to seek God's healing and strengthening love through the ministry of anointed parayer. Everyone is welcome to come in a quiet and personal way either to voice a need, concern or to simply present oneself for blessing. Each person is anointed with the sign of the cross, and prayer is offered up for God's blessing in his or her life. We believe that God, in compassionate love, responds to our need. 	Prayer Chain We have a prayer chain for serious situations such as illness, surgery, accidents, death or other emergency situations. The members are contacted by a telephone chain and will pray for the person(s) involved. Privacy is respected. For more information call Doreen Slingerland or Janet Taylor.
	Bible Study / Prayer Group meets every Tuesday at 1-3 pm at the home of Helen Gale.
